How it works for you
Four moments, and the money moves at each one
The request arrives, already secured
You see the service, the day, the place and the total. The 25% deposit is authorized on her card before the request reaches you.
You accept, the deposit is captured
You have 24 hrs to answer. Nothing is captured until you accept, and nothing is taken out of the booking when you do — what she pays for your work is yours.
You work, and you can propose an add-on
Two more rows, extra hair, a scalp treatment. She approves in one tap and only then does it join the balance. An add-on she has not approved can never be billed.
The balance is charged, then paid out on a Friday
The balance leaves her card when the appointment ends. Tips are yours in full and are never commissioned.

The plan is all Glow Up charges. Commission is 0% on your services and on your sales, so 100% of what you charge reaches you. If a renewal fails, you stay live for 7 days while you pay again.

What does it cost to be on Glow Up?
One monthly plan, and nothing else: Glow Up Pro is $19.99 a month to take bookings, Glow Up Pro + Shop is $29.99 to sell your products as well, and Glow Up Shop is $19.99 to sell products only. Glow Up takes no commission, so 100% of what you charge reaches you. You pay the first month when you sign up, and you can cancel at any time.
When do I get paid?
Payouts run weekly, every Friday. The deposit is captured when you accept, and the balance when the appointment ends.
What if a client cancels?
48 hrs or more before, she is refunded in full. Between 24 and 48 hrs, 50% of the deposit comes back to her. Under 24 hrs or a no-show, the deposit is forfeited and 100% of it goes to you — it is not shared with Glow Up.
Can I sell my own products too?
Yes. Glow Up Pro + Shop ($29.99 a month) opens a shop next to your bookings, and Glow Up Shop ($19.99 a month) is for selling without taking bookings. Glow Up takes 0% of your sales.
When does my profile go live?
As soon as your first month is paid. There is no review to wait for: paying opens your profile, your shop, or both, depending on your plan. If a renewal fails later, everything stays live for 7 days so you can pay again.
